Description
Ipamorelin (Aib-His-D-2Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) binds the growth hormone secretagogue receptor. Early animal studies reported growth hormone release with little effect on ACTH or cortisol, which makes it a useful tool for separating secretagogue selectivity in receptor studies.
