Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms govern every purchase from RC Supply LLC (“RC Supply,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Texas. By placing an order, you (“Buyer”) agree to them.
1. Research use only
All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or household chemicals and are not intended for use in humans or animals, including in clinical trials or for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
2. Buyer representations
By ordering, Buyer represents and warrants that Buyer:
- Is at least 21 years old;
- Is purchasing for legitimate laboratory research and has the training, facilities, and safety procedures to handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals properly;
- Will not administer any product to a human or animal, or sell or transfer any product to anyone who intends to; and
- Is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of the products where Buyer is located.
3. Right to refuse or cancel
We may refuse or cancel any order, and close any account, at our discretion, including when we believe a product may be used outside a research setting. Any statement by a customer about personal use, dosing, or administration will result in cancellation and account closure. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
4. No medical advice
Product descriptions, Certificates of Analysis, and other site content describe the chemical properties of the products and summarize published research. They are not medical advice, instructions for use, or claims of safety or efficacy. We do not answer questions about dosing, preparation, or administration.
5. Product information and warranty
Each product will conform to the identity and purity stated on its lot-specific Certificate of Analysis at the time of shipment. Except for that warranty, PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS,” AND RC SUPPLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RC SUPPLY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, HANDLING, STORAGE, OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount Buyer paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
Buyer will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RC Supply and its owners, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from Buyer’s breach of these Terms or any use of the products other than as stated in Section 1.
8. Shipping and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer when we deliver the order to the carrier. Buyer must inspect each shipment on arrival and report damage or discrepancies within 7 days. Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and Buyer consents to personal jurisdiction there.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order.
11. Entire agreement and severability
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between Buyer and RC Supply regarding purchases. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
