Description
Tesamorelin is a 44-amino-acid synthetic analog of human growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) with a trans-3-hexenoyl group added at the N-terminus. That modification makes it more resistant to cleavage by dipeptidyl peptidase-4 than the native sequence.
