Description
CJC-1295 DAC adds a lysine-linked maleimidopropionyl group to the C-terminus of Mod GRF 1-29. The group forms a covalent bond with circulating albumin, which substantially extends half-life in published pharmacokinetic studies. It is studied as a model of sustained GHRH receptor exposure and of albumin conjugation as a half-life strategy.
