We built RC Supply to enable financial freedom and innovation.
Welcome to RC Supply. I want to tell you why this company exists, because it isn’t really about chemicals.
I grew up in the 1990s watching American capability get packed into containers and shipped out. We called it trade policy. What it actually did was export more than goods — it exported businesses. It exported expertise. It exported science. And when you stop paying people to innovate at home, the flame goes out quietly. Nobody announces it. You just notice one day that the work is happening somewhere else.
I started serving clients in this industry in 2018. I expected a business. What I found was a bottleneck.
The independent researchers, the small labs, the people doing real work on their own time and their own dime — they weren’t limited by ideas. They were limited by price. Material that should cost pennies a milligram was being sold to them at two and three hundred dollars. Not because it costs that to make. Because nobody was making anyone compete.
Most of this market got exported. What was left behind was the appearance of choice. It’s the soft drink aisle — forty feet of shelf, a hundred labels, and behind all of it, two companies. A bottle cost $0.50 in 1990. Adjusted for inflation that’s $1.28 today. Yet it’s $3.50. Nothing about making it got harder — quite the opposite.
And it isn’t even the same product. The cane sugar was gone before I was old enough to buy one — swapped for corn syrup in the early eighties because import quotas made sugar expensive and a farm bill made corn cheap. Nobody ran that by the customer. That’s what a duopoly is. They change what’s in it when it suits them, they raise the price when it suits them, and the only thing you get to choose is the color of the label.
That’s this industry. A wall of vendors, a handful of actual sources, and a price that answers to nobody.
Every barrier between a curious mind and the material it needs is a discovery that doesn’t happen. Multiply that across thousands of small labs and you have a country that stopped inventing things and never noticed why.
That’s the problem RC Supply was built to solve. Not to be one more label on the shelf. To be the one that makes the others answer for their prices.
So we built this company on three commitments, and we don’t negotiate on them.
Every day low pricing — with one exception, and we’ll tell you exactly what it is.
No phantom sales, no coupon hunts, no loyalty tiers that reward whoever reads the fine print. One fair price, published, held steady, the same for everyone. The single exception is your first order, which we sell below our own cost, and the next few, which we sell at it. We do that deliberately. Every researcher we bring in adds volume, and volume is the only honest way a price comes down. You aren’t getting a gimmick. You’re getting the first dividend of a strategy built to lower the standing price for everybody — including you, every year you stay.
Quality that survives verification.
Certificates of analysis on every lot. Identity and purity you can confirm independently. If we can’t verify it, we don’t ship it.
Consistency.
Lot to lot, order to order, year to year. Reproducibility is the entire point of your work. It ought to start with your supplier.
Our first RC Supply company proved the model. Then our customers told us where to go next, and they said peptides. Three years of research and planning later, that’s what we’ve launched — and the team behind it is the best I have ever assembled.
Prometheus brought fire back to people who’d been left in the dark. That’s a grand way to describe a supply company and I know it. But I’ve watched what happens to a country that lets its research capacity drift offshore, and I’d rather be useful than modest about it.
Thank you for taking a look at us. Let’s get back to work.
Very Respectfully,
Soren Toler Founder & CEO, RC SupplyThe team behind the launch
Now after nearly a decade in this space, and with three years of research and planning, I’ve assembled the team before you today.
Soren Toler
Soren Toler is a founder and operator who has worked with companies in the research-chemical industry since 2018. He founded the original RC Supply company, the business that proved the model behind this one. He has also built and led companies in marketing, e-commerce and fulfillment that together have employed hundreds of people.
His operating rules are simple: don’t do it as well as you can — do it as well as it can be done. And do exactly what you say you’ll do. At RC Supply that means one published price, certificates of analysis on every lot, and the consistency researchers depend on.
Soren lives on a working ranch in East Texas with his wife and five children, and runs his companies from there.
Matthew Zale
Matthew Zale is an attorney and U.S. Army Special Operations veteran with extensive experience in regulatory law, compliance, and legal risk management. Following his military service, he built a diverse legal career spanning government service, private practice, and corporate counsel roles before establishing his own law firm.
As General Counsel, Matthew oversees the company’s legal and regulatory matters, helping ensure its operations are guided by sound legal judgment, responsible business practices, and a commitment to compliance.
How We Work
Most of this industry asks you to take its word for it.
A vial arrives with a label and a certificate, and you have no way to know whether the certificate describes what is in your hand. Sometimes it does not. Certificates circulate between sellers. Reports run on one company’s material get attached to another company’s product. The documents look identical either way.
We built RC Supply around the opposite assumption: that you should not have to take our word for anything.
RC Supply is not a manufacturer and does not claim to be. Our compounds are produced by a contract manufacturer, and we are open about that because the alternative — implying a laboratory we do not own — is the first small lie that makes the rest of the documentation worthless.
What we do own is everything that happens after the material arrives. That is where the difference between one supplier and another actually lives, and here is exactly what it looks like.
-
It arrives already tested.
Material reaches us with the manufacturer’s own analysis — identity, purity and content for the lot. We read it before anything is unpacked, and we record the manufacturer’s batch number and production date against our own internal lot number so the two can never drift apart.
-
We are standing up a second test, at a laboratory we choose.
The manufacturer’s certificate tells you what the manufacturer found. We are establishing our own account with an independent third-party analytical laboratory so we can submit samples ourselves, and we commit now to publishing what comes back whether or not it flatters anyone. That second test is the reason to buy from us rather than from someone cheaper, and we will say so here the day it is routine rather than intended.
-
It goes straight into cold storage.
Incoming stock is placed in sealed plastic containers inside a commercial refrigeration unit — not on an open shelf, not in a back room, not in a garage. It stays there until the moment it is pulled for an order.

It does not sit.
We buy to turn, not to warehouse. Stock moves through in weeks rather than months, which means what reaches you spent most of its shelf life unopened at the manufacturer rather than aging in our inventory. A supplier sitting on a year of stock is selling you a year of someone else’s storage conditions.
-
Labeling and packing are done by hand, with gloves.
Vials come out of cold storage only when an order calls for them. Each one is labeled with its lot number, manufacturing date and expiration date, handled with gloves throughout, and checked against the order before it goes anywhere.
-
Fulfillment wraps it, boxes it, and it leaves the same day.
Each vial goes into protective wrapping and then into a box built to survive a courier. Orders placed before 3:00 pm CST on a business day are collected by the carrier that day — FedEx or USPS, typically two to five days in transit — and your tracking number is emailed the moment the label is created.
What we are not
We are not a sterile compounding facility, a pharmacy, or a GMP manufacturer, and we are not going to imply that we are. What we run is a careful, cold, documented handling operation between a manufacturer and a researcher. Gloves and refrigeration are not a cleanroom. Knowing exactly what you are buying from us — including its limits — is the point.
Results are published and independently verifiable
Every report we publish carries the testing laboratory’s own task number and verification key. You can enter them on the laboratory’s website and confirm the result against their records without going through us. If a number we publish does not match theirs, you will find out from them, not from us.
Lot control you can follow
Every vial carries a lot number, a manufacturing date and an expiration date as three separate pieces of information.
Our lot number contains the manufacturer’s own batch code, so the certificate and the vial in your hand can be matched at a glance rather than taken on faith. Expiration is calculated from the manufacturing date of that specific production run and the validated shelf life for that compound — never from a group date applied across several runs, which is how product ends up dated longer than it has earned.
Pricing that does not move
One price, published, every day. No phantom sales, no countdown timers, no coupon to hunt for, no tier you have to reach. When our costs fall, the price falls and stays there. We would rather earn the second order than win the first with a discount that was never real.
Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research use. Our products are not drugs, not dietary supplements, and not for human or veterinary consumption. We make no claims about safety or efficacy in humans, and we will not help you make any either. If that is what you need, you need a pharmacy and a prescription, not a research supplier.
Let’s get back to work.
One published price, a certificate on every lot, and consistency you can plan around.
