Research use only. Every product sold by RC Supply is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing on this site is offered for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of rcsupply.com and any purchase you make from RC Supply (“RC Supply”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Research Use Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

You may only use this site and place orders if you are at least 21 years of age, are legally able to form a binding contract, and are acquiring products for legitimate laboratory research purposes.
You further represent that you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or business that employs qualified personnel trained in the safe handling of research chemicals.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe an order is inconsistent with these Terms.
Every product sold by RC Supply is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or dietary supplements, and are not approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition.
Products are not for human or veterinary consumption and must never be administered to humans or animals. Full obligations are set out in our Research Use Policy.
By placing an order you certify that you will use the products solely as permitted by that policy and by applicable law.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for reference. Where a purity figure, appearance, or specification is stated, it refers to the batch tested and is supported by the applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Batch specifications may vary. Where a listing directs you to the current batch documentation, the COA and container label are the authoritative source for that batch.
All orders are an offer to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products.
Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude shipping, duties, and taxes unless stated. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and stock accurate, but errors can occur. Where a pricing or description error is material, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods offered on the site. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Orders are not processed until payment has cleared. Where a payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed, we may suspend your account and cancel any pending orders.
Products are shipped discreetly. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, unless required otherwise by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may lawfully be imported and received at the delivery address, and for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance requirements that apply. We do not accept liability for products seized or delayed by customs.
Because these are research chemicals whose integrity depends on controlled storage and handling, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RC Supply and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or research outcomes, arising from the use or misuse of the site or any product.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RC Supply against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including any claim arising from administration of a product to a human or animal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the site or a new purchase after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
